Here is a piper tubular 4-1 manifold fitted to a vectra B sri 150
took me about 3 hours to fit and the hardest part was fitting the lower nuts on with a spanner then individually going around each nut whilst the zaust was warm to get a nice seal as it did tick slightly and i noticed it came from the end where piper had indented their name and model :silent:
also there is a video at the bottom
first pic is the car on stands

second pic shows how i situated the stands, notice the stand for cat, I hate doing exhaust work without a ramp as 9/10 times your using one arm just to hold up the zaust whilst bolting it up with the other

third pic is my trusty tool kit, notice how empty it is as most of the tools are scattered in and around the engine bay 🙂

fifth picture is the initial stages of fitting the manifold, i basically put a few bolts on to hold the manifold in place whilst i went under the car to fit the downpipe back up

i spent the good part of 30 mins checking out the ticking and tbh the injectors made more sound, i did notice a slight ticking sound after revving her whilst warm so i went around each nut tightening em up in sequence whilst the engine was running, now i have burnt my hand slightly 🙁, the most play i got from the bolts was the end closest to the egr valve, as stated before earlier in the thread, so i kept tightening them up every few mins whislt the exhaust manifold got red hot, she now sounds very quiet and even idles better than the old manifold
