the black ones on guernsey plates... my ex moved over there to work and he registerd the car over there... he doesnt even need road tax or MOT lol...... last time he come over here he got pulled about the number plate and the police was shocked to here the ex say ... ohh its not taxed or MOTd either ` LOL
