sub lead to battery

hello all i have fitted a new head unit and put all my leads for my amp through the car all nicely tucked away.
But i have not wired the lead to the battery yet. is there a gromit behind the glove box? i took it all out but could not get my hands on any thing.
if not am i going to have to drill a hole. is that hat needs to be done or is there another way? :think:

I think you need to drill another hole to run the power down. I didn't on my Astra, I bodged it by running the power down the near side front wing, and then into the car via the door! Not the best way to do it, but had no issues in 4 years of running it like that.

in my old astra mk4 i pulled the carpet up and drilled a hole right behind the battery.
now i got a coupe the front is abit longer so its abit more of a fiddle :think:

i have one mine removed the glove box and then drilled behind there. its very hard to drill tho it comes out right next to the PAS

i did the same in my astra drilled behind the glove box, used a grommet and some gutter sealent to seal it up, pain in the arse getting the leads under the trim near the sits though

I found that as well, after I'd fitted the sub lead, it never went back properly (even after removing the sub lead)

i run mine under the carpet lots of room there just take the seat out only 4 bolts. easy.

was it easy to take the seats out scott? i'm thinking of doing that on this astra seeing as the passenger seat is not working properly and needs fixing lol
