INJECTORS NOT INJECTING !!!!!

can any 1 help after doin a complete engine change on my vec 150 it wont start . the new engine come straight from a close friend it was running fine wen removed coz i removed it .... my prob is plugs firing fine an am getting fuel to in jector rail but no further! wat will stop injectors from injecting?????? tell me anything an everything any1 knows pls pls pls

crank sensor / fuel pump relay

relay is located in black box top right of engine bay - 2 purple relays - one for ecu the other for fuel pump

crank sensor bottom of block behind starter motor

grey connector in front of engine loom also hooks up to injectors make sure that is plugged in

looking from wiring diagrams the purple relay is hooked directly up to the injectors

THANKS FRIEND BUT CHECKED BOTHRELAYS AN THEY SEEM TO BE FINE ALSO CRANK SENSOR IS NEW! HELP!

have u taken out spark plugs and turned her over and looked for a nice fuel haze to come from cylinders ?

u used existing ecu from old engine ?

YES THAT IS MY PROB THERE IS NO FUEL GETTING INTO BORES BUT GETTIN FUEL @ INJECTOR RAIL. CAR WILL START WITH A DROP OF FUEL DIRECTLY IN BORES BUT INJECTORS NOT FIRING

unplug an injector loom and check for voltages

the power for the injectors comes straight from the ecu on inlet manifold, the wiring then hooks up the purple relay

thats it

only other thing it could be is the immobilizer stopping fuel pump to work

you using old ecu from old engine ?

YES USING OLD ECU... BUT DO HAVE ECU OF OTHER CAR TO SUIT NEW ENG. HAVE BEEN TOLD BY VAUXHALL TECH ECU DONT NEED TO BE CHANGED DO U AV A PIC OF THIS GRAY PLUG?

think it is just a supressor

hangs loose infront of the fuel rail about 2 inches long cant miss it

just get your volt meter out and go round checking voltages - only 3 things to check injectors, fuel pump relay , main engine relay

THANKS FOR DIAGRAM..... I SHOULD AV SAID BOTH CAR AN NEW ENGINE BEEN STOOD FOR A YEAR B4 WORK COMENCED SO ECU ON MANIFOLD SENDS POWER TO INJECTORS?

MAIN ENGINE RELAY NXT TO FUEL PUMP RELAY YES?

yeh

both relays work the injectors

both are purple and both got same part number
