yes normal for pedal to go to floor when abs kicks in - makes a nasty noise when it kicks in
as for your pedal to be harder then i dont know why!, I would be worried if it is the opposite after your bump as it is probably a leak
with the engine off pump your brake pedal till it goes hard, it should go solid, start your car up and the pedal should looosen up meaning your servo is working
as long as it is braking well then i wouldnt worry - i take it the abs still works ?, check it by slamming your brakes on to see if it kicks in but make sure no one is behind you
