Mark_Dj Does anyone know the torque settings for fitting a timing belt on a 2.0 Turbo Astra Gsi? Ie for the rollers, tensioner and water pump. Cheers
Mark_Dj I have just got them, they should be right I hope 🙂 Roller Exhaust Side 25nm Roller Intake Side 25nm Water Pump 25nm Tensioner 20nm Belt cover upper part 6nm Belt cover lower part 6nm These are the correct torques from Vauxhall I got this print out from them when I did mine.
