i was speaking to an auto leccy specialist yesterday and he came up with another solution
if you block up the valve with it plugged in and working it will flag up an eml as the valve cant move, if you block the zaust holes with a blanking plate and leave the egr valve hooked up and bolted somewhere else you can get away with that
how about you block up the hole for the exhaust and leave the valve functioning and plugged in then it should work the same ?
like a small piece of metal like bottom of a cat food tin over one of the holes but leave the valve to move up and down
would this not work ?
