Exhaust noise after doing EGR Mod'

Don't know if it's just me, but since I did the EGR mod' i.e Blanked and fitted the cheater, the exhaust sounds a bit more throaty than before , typically if say I accelerate @2,000 and in 4th gear or maybe it's just the Flexi moaning a little more I don't know, anyone else noticed similar after having done the EGR mod' ?

mine does it to

weird sort of throaty whine

it has gone since fitting my magnex cat back for some reason

Just to clarify, yours started that noise after you fitted the cheater etc but before your magnex, also where did you get your magnex from if you don't mind me asking and was it on a Vec C?

bought it 2nd hand for 150 and it was in nearly new condition

should be photos in tuning / exhaust section
