ebay bumper!!!!!

well as you guys know i had all that crap with the front bumper and pay pal with holding money from the seller! after leaving the seller feed back saying item not recived but good communications to realease the money i havent recived the bumper yet! i phoned the bloke last week to find out what is going on with the bumper he said its been sent and should be here friday! well it didnt turn up on saturday or yesterday! i have put in a complaint to pay pal about this and have to wait and see! in the mean time lee found me a prodrive front on ebay last night and its the only piece of the puzzle missing should i just buy this bumper of ebay and wait and see what happens with the fraudster?

To start with why did you leave feedback before getting your money back or recieving goods?

Did you ask for a tracking number?

I think Mark had a issue with a guy off ebay like this not sending out goods and i dont think he got all his money back from paypal.

I supose it alldepends how cheap the bumper is going for on ebay only you know how desprate you are to get the bumper.

i left the feed back after speaking to some idiot at pay pal saying they would give him the money! i cant get hold of the bloke his phone is ringing but no answeri have text on few occasions now! the new bumper is £200 total of ebay but dont have £200 spare with out skinting myself! people like that bloke should hve there balls cut off is there not many honest people left in the world!

Sounds like you where advised incorrectly. Whether funds had cleared or not I would never leave feedback until an item is in your hands or you have a full refund.

I would contact PayPal ASAP to try and get your money back.

If it was me I would leave the current one on eBay and concentrate on getting my money back from the first seller.

the only thing i am thinking is if i get the one on ebay and the otherone turns up i can sell one! but its buying another one!

It sounds like you have made your mind up to go for the current one on ebay. At the end of the day it is only you who can decide on what to do for the best.

well i bought the other prodrive bumpper of ebay last night! and the seller said can you leave me feed back if i leave you feed back!!! i said HELL NO! not after what the other bloke has done! how long should i leave it till i get pay pal to escalate the claim to get my money back? because at the moment i am at the dispute stage!

Hope that this one turns up and is all good, just explain to the new ebay seller you will leave feedback once goods are delivered and checked this is just standard practice.

Paypal should have given you a time frame for when the next level will commence. I would contact them ASAP so you know what will happen when and how much money you expect to get back.
