Ticking and blowing noise?

Hi, when i start my car from cold my engine is quite nosiy, its a loud ticking noise for about 10 seconds, i fink this mite be the exhaust manifold. Also when its hot and i full throttle in 4th gear at about 30mph the engine sounds very blowing and sumtimes judders a bit. Could this be due to the exhaust manifold mayb blowing? notsure.gif

does sound like it's cracked, simply unbolt the heatshield and have a look, the crack is usually between 2+3

that does sound like the manifold cracking its a common problem.

thnks i noticed a slight crack when i took the exhaust off 2 remove the pre cat, i looked inside the manifold and noticed a crack but it hadnt gone all the way thru, must of by now then
