Torque Settings

Hi can anyone tell me the torque settings and stages for the head bolts on the z22se? Thanks

stage 1 = 30 Nm / 22 ft lb
stage 2 = 60 degrees
stage 3 = 60 degrees
stage 4 = 35 degrees
