Mark_Dj I have put £80 of fuel in my car since last week :? , last Thursday infact. I just hope I can afford to run it at this rate  . So running this Turbo car is going to cost me about £100 a week to get to work and do shopping on some days
Mark_Dj It sure is mate. I might buy a diesel now notsure.gif . All I do is go to work every day, I don't need a Turbo for that what..
Mark_Dj Going to work is only 8.5 miles away so thats 17 miles a day. I then go shopping for my food for work and stuff and thats less than 5 miles away  . I don't know how I clock the mileage up and use all the fuel. I put £20 in on Monday but I still never had the light on when I put it in, It was just off the light. The light has just come on today. I have done 86.5 miles since Monday and I have left 49 miles in the tank, the light is on and off on the petrol gauge
Matt Thats not very good mate, it might be the fact that you are doing such short jurneys that you are using all the fuel up. What sort of mpg do you get on a decent run?
Astra22SRi If you thought the 2.2 was gutsy the turbo is something else. As well as the Astra we have a GSi Zaffy and it goes through juice like its going out of fashion.
Jonny_2_2 Crap fuel economy on short runs under ten miles, I have shot £150 in my tank since friday and done 1178 miles at a steady motorway speed of 80 or so  Well happy with that £150 of diesel would not have got my Landrover to the shops
