strange noise when pulling away

Hi, I seem to get a noise when im pulling away but only generally from a stand still or sometimes when doing lowish speeds like 10 when its in second when I go on the throttle. Doesn't do it at any other time and it only seems to do it when the car is cold! Once its being ran for 10min and its warmed up it seems fine :?
I don't know if it maybe be the thrust bearing but correct me if im wrong, if it was that wouldn't it do it all the time?? I dunno if it might be something loose on the exhaust or something and once its warmed up it stops rattling dunno..

Thrust bearings noises stop & start when you putting your foot down on the clutch. What sort of sound is it? Could be an exhaust leak if its only doing it when its cold. Or it could be the power steering pump being noisey when cold. That goes quiet once warmed up?

Need a bit more info.

its hard to describe the sound, its kinda like a judder and a grind, it also sounds like its coming from underneath the car so i dont no if itll be the power steering pump. Could it be something loose on the exhaust??
