I have an Opel Vectra from 2001 with climatecontrolsystem ( ECC ) and with the engine Z22SE. The milage is 75000 km.
Heating inside the car has been decreasing year by year and now it is not sufficent when it is minusdegrees outside.
An Opel mechanic has investigate the ECC-system and all throttles etc works as they should. The thermostat has been tested and works perfectly. The engine runs with correct temperatur.
The heatingelement is new and the waterpump aswell.
If you meassure the temperatur of the hoses that leeds from the engine and in to the heatelement, they does not get over 60 degrees. These hoses have been disconnected and shortcircuit to see if there is something wrong inside the car besides the new heatelement. Not even then the water get over 60 degrees.
Pleas help me with your ideas. Perhaps someone has had the same fault?
Many thanks in advance
