havoline oil at morrisons

Don't know if anyone knows but morrisons petrol station are selling 5L of havoline 5W-30 fully synthetic oil for £15. Just give the car an oil change with it and it seems like good stuff, its running really sweet.

I went just now and they had 5-30 synthetic for £15.65 for 5l in a dark green container but not fully synthetic.

They had one litre top ups with 5-30 fully synthetic which was grey.

What the difference between synthetic and fully synthetic?

I had a look on the website but it isnt really listed the same as what they stocked in store.

They had part synthetic which is semi, but i am slightly confused with synthetic / fully synthetic.

Martk_88 What colour is the bottle of oil and did it say synthetic or fully sythetic?

From reading this i am guessing that it is just semi synthetic oil dunno.. , which seems fine but i presume you can not mix with fully synthetic dunno..

ahh i think i must have read it wrong. it is the dark greenish coloured bottle you're on about but im with you on what is the difference?? the car seems to run fine with it, but i also used it on a full oil change so i havnt mixed it

Yeh that is the bottle i saw.

It will be fine to use, but by reading other forums ect it is slightly false advertsing, as it isnt true fully synthetic.
Still a very good price for a named oil.

Just not sure if you can mix and match other fully synthetic.
