they adjust the tappet clearance using oil presure ..no need to change them on the 2.2 unless you getting ticking noise from cold usally on start up ...but ive never had this problem with a z2.2 se engine before ....
just a note the tappets in the pic look a little too big for a z2.2se (he could just have the wrong pic) also they never fitted the z2.2 se to the omega
