sickmick Hi, can anybody help me. My water pump is leaking oil, looks like in the past someone has tried to bodge it with silicone but to no avail. Can't really see, is it likely to be a gasket/seal or whole pump needs replacing?
vocky I had to replace a pump which had an oil leak and another which had a coolant leak, so replacement is required 🙁 use the special tool to lock the water pump chain or the balancer shafts will be un-balanced
sickmick Probably put it off for couple of months, have seen a water pump on ebay fo about £30, would this be suitable?
