if it helps, I think the Sybele reads only 1% steps
on its 0 to 1000 scale when I see small variations they are always like 24 -> 35 -> 24 -> 35, not in between
and I'm actually not 100% certain it wants to reach the exact same position from pedal to TB, but that maybe due to the PI and other corrections (especially as this is what I see at low loads...)
