Rik, the pedal to TB pot comparison is absolutely not linear unfortunately
At idle, the TB opens a bit, it is the same at higher revs, the deceleration is done with cutting the injectors for anything higher than 1500 rpm (on the Sybele I mean)
I cannot tell you exactly how the comparison works on the Sybele but the way it calibrates is like that :
Initial setup, it reads the voltages from 0 to 5000
It asks you to fully depress the pedal then press a button, then fully push and press button : it then converts these min and max values in a 0 to 1000 table, much more easier to work with
Then it pushes the TB fully closed itself, reads the value and fully on, reading value again and same thing, converts this in a 0 to 1000 table.
On this 0 to 1000 table, my idling value is 80, but I think it is around 55 on a more classic engine

As you can see, we have two TB maps regarding the rpm values, it is basically a "traction control" stuff, we know we cannot put a fully open torque to the wheels on the wet, so we change the RPM values of the higher map to kick in only at much higher RPM and get limited on the lower RPM
Pretty useful on track, especially for SC guys 😉
