the z22se has the starter motor in a different place than the c22xe, not sure about the auto box
but as the exhaust and inlet are on different sides it won't be an easy swap.
you will need a complete engine and gearbox, ecu, exhaust, possibly driveshafts, it will work out cheaper to keep it a z22se
