Gazza anyone know a cheap place for tyres ? i need some for my 17" rims dont wont to spend sill money on them really,just some that are half decent and cheapish 😃
Gazza anyone ever used NANKANG NS 1 tyres ? there is one all ready on one of the rims and it looks brand new so i thought about getting another 3 ?
Andy i have geard mixed thing about nankangs, some like them and think they grip well others say they are rubbish and don't grip at all.
jon_mason Dont buy the nankangs they are rubbish in the wet when it comes to standing water. Ive got them on mine (previous owners choice!) and ive just ordered a full set of 17" Toyo T1Rs for £380 form a local motorsports place called ABP, think they advertise in max power etc. Ive used the Toyos before and they grip like s**t to a babys nappy :lol: One place to try is www.blackcircles.com they seen quite cheap.

jon_mason Ive used the falken FK-451 before, they were a good tyre and my tyres sell them for £66.60 each. That will work out a bit more than your budget but they are probley the best on`s to go for in that price range.
Andy yeah i'd agree with you on the falken fk451. they are a great tyre for the price. i used to have them on mine and i found them to be very grippy.
Andy never tried them myself but they are meant to be very grippy although i have heard that due to them being a soft compound they tend to wear quickly.
Andy lol tell me about it. Is your budget of £250 gonna inlcude the price of fitting if you buy tyres online?
