Washer jet repair

Folks,

Put my Vectra C into Vauxhall this morning to investigate why my Windscreen Washer Jets arent working...hoping to get charged 20 quid for them to be cleaned out (lazy really not doing it myself).
Anyway...their answer is that the car needs a new washer pump, and a motor for £220 fitted!!
I can obviously get these parts from an independant supplier and fit myself for less than half of that, but was wondering if this sounds as much a lot of bull***t to anybody else as it does to me?
Motor/Pump seems to run ok...water still trickling out but feels like system clogged only.

sounds like a blocked filter, remove the pump and clean the filter (it sits on the pump inlet - which is normally inside the bottle)

As talked about in the other thread it will be the above /\ just clean the filter and blow the lines free with a air line. 1hr job max.

Mine clogged up in my Astra, jumped the gun and purchased a new motor/pump, on removal of the unit found tonnes of white gunk clogging the filter as Vocky said.
