At least your ok though! I remember stacking my very first car, Citroen Saxslow VTR, put it into a ditch racing a BMW!

we have all totalled cars m8, mainly in the first few years after passing ya test

just learn from ya experience and don't make the same mistake

next time it might be u that is damaged as well, a car can be replaced you cant

i'm 25 years old though not a 18 year old kid, going to have to start again and buy a crap car for £500 to get through christmas, and i'm now stuck with £8000 of debt with nothing left to show for it what a waste of 3 years down the drain!

Dont get Disheartened, Was the car not fully comp? if it wasnt then split the car and get some funds back and you wont make a claim & no change on your NCB.

i'm not upset by your comment ephid0r, just thats how i feel at the moment have loads of debt and nothing to show for what i worked for! the car was fully comp but i know they will offer me 3.5k tops! but i have seen other examples like mine for 4k, after my excess is of (500)and the rest of the premium (about 900) i wll be lucky to have 2.8k!

Im sorry to hear bud! Your still alive which is the main thing! Your life is everything mate, try not feel to down about it. Things will take time to pick back up again... This was my last coupe i had back in Jan this year what i wrote off! I was doing 75mph coming upto a roundabout and as i braked before i got there, the rear end slid out and smashed into a 7inch kerb then 180'ed and smashed the front wheel in with it! Just missed a petrol garage by 30 foot! We found the rear wheel 4 foot away from of there newish cars for sale on the forecourt! talk aboutluck..lol I had a full car load of people too. We were lucky to servive that! :?

yeah got a 2.4 inlet with fitting kit and a courtney panel filter and a real astra gsi spoiler for sale, i want to get the rear lights back of my car there rare as fook! might be buying a mondeo glx 1.8 diesel for 375 notes on a l reg! nice! lol

Some times you wish you came off a little worse than the car, I thought that when my 200sx tried eating a grass verge........ but you live and learn...

you can pick up a 2.2 astra for not much money these days with the crunch and all..... I'm pissed as I paid over £4k for mine with 37k on the clock, I see one last week for £3400......... not as nice but hey!
