astra 1.4 I6V 02 PLATE

hiya all, long time since i bin on here but in need for sum help!!!! my m8 got a astra G 1.4 16v 02 plate, slight hold back in 3rd gear not a missfire! but somtimes u can just feel it sumtime it jerks u neck? i have tryed a different coil pack and its still the same. help please.

strange one that, I would have thought it would be coil pack or fuel filter

yeah i thought coilpack but nope it aint! carnt remmber if it had a new filter on nah ill have 2 check! wot bout egr ?

EGR is common fault on just about all the VX engines (I had to have it replaced on my 1.6 Astra).

Does it just hold back in 3rd, or all the gears?

yeah i getting hold of an gud egr 2 test that this week! yeah just seems 2 be 3 at the moment ?

My egr valve has gone on my girlfriends Astra. What a pain it is as it cuts out a few times when coming to a stop.

yep thats wot they do can be a right pain somtimes, but i dont think it is maybe wrong ? will c when try with the test one!
