I think 167 bhp with the modifications youve made is a resonable figure, perticually considering its not been mapped. I only managed 170bhp with the same mods and a dbilas exhaust manifold with no map last year at the z22se rr day at courntenay's and that won me the prize for most bhp on the day. I'd like to think I have slightly more now with the remap and some other fettling i've done, but I think your result is a realistic one for what youve done.
i have a huge drop in torque at 3.5k revs and the same with the bhp a drop in power
Thats typical of every z22se, it happens on all of them and can be reduced moderatly with a good exhaust manifold. The 2.4l intake manifold dosent do this problem any favours either. If you look at the RR graphs on the forum from last years club event you will see they all suffer the same.
