thanks guys took a while to do, i used a dremmel with a sanding drum then wet and dry 400-1200 then g3 compound and finshed of with autoglim 😃
Th egr pipe is the pipe in the metal sleeve comes of the block just to the left of the inlet mani ( has the bracket for the engine cover on ) undo the 2 10mm nuts remove the bracket then undo the 2 bolts then undo the clip holding the pipe into the inlet mani just below the tb, take the rubber seal of the end put 10p in the hole in the inlet then the rubber seal then a 2p and then put the clip back in.
take the pipe remove the gasket of the end that goes to the engine slide the mounting block up and cut the flange of the pipe remove the block use this to make a template i used the lid of an old socket set (metal) drill holes for the bolts then fit gasket to the mounting block and freshly cut template and fix them back to the engine job done there are a number pics showing to i sure someone will put a link up but this helps
