modding inlet manifold

has anyone got pics of how you mod the standard inlet manifold as i bought a spare one of ebay for £5 thought it was worth a go

What did you use to open up and smooth off the throttle and inlet ports 😃

is it worth the trouble to do this mod guys?

Vocky, did you rework the runners on yours when it was opened ???

it makes a good difference, but you need to remove the egr pipe and blank it off too

I only cut it open to see what could be done internally, not a lot :lol:

so basically I port matched the outlets and opened up the inlet
