Just under where you write your text....

Select Upload, then browse.... posted attachments will appear just below the text box..
....select place inline (position cursor in the text box where you want the pic to appear)

Hi guys,

I've lowered my coupe 40mm on the front with lowering springs. do I need these links? one thing I noticed is that the front doesn't look that low and the tyres are wearing on the inside edge, could this be a factor?

Any help would be great thanks

It may be advisable to get these modded drop links. Did you get your car aligned and camber checked after having it dropped this could be the cause of the tyre wear.

I will order some of those links then. I didn't have it alined or the camber checked as I wasn't sure if you needed to with just springs. what sort of place will be able to check all this out?

A decent tyre place will do a ok job for tracking and alignment should not cost more £20 - £30, but take it to a speacalist to get it laser alined. I got mine done at a tuning speacialist and for laser alignment the cost is a fair bit higher. so shop around.

got my car lowered but it keeps clicking when im turning any one no whats causing this thanks tucker

Does it click at speed or when you are driving slow. Does it do it when you turn left and right or just one direction?

Have you checked your drop links?

It could be a droplink or track rod arm.

its when im going slow and turning only just clicks and it clunks when i go over bumps but i no thats exspected right. i got the shorter drop link bar on it allready not sure what it is i wonder if iv missed out a washer or a rubber or somthink thanks for the help tucker

Mine did something similar when i swapped over my droplinks and one of them was just slightly loose. Maybe worth rechecking them.

Other then that it could be a track rod end / steering rack issue?

sorttted it when you take out your old susspension arm theres a bearing in the top that i forgot to pop out and put into my new coilovers its solved all the noises now and cars handerling like a dream but gonna up rate the rubber now but first wanna get some 17" on it any one got any 5 stud astra rims for sale thanks tucker

Glad you got it sorted, Looks well it would look good with some turbo rims or some snowflakes. As for rubber i would go for Goodyear Eagle GSD 3's, Toyo Proxies and i like Avon ZZ3.
