hi all

well got my xbox now 😃

but i need to connect to the net now i know i can do it with the ethernet cable but i would need a massive one lol from down stairs to up stairs.

now i know you can get the wireless adaptor but im just wondering if there is a cheaper way of dooing ?

Depends mate, it's probably easier just to get the wireless adapter for the XBOX.

Network over Power would be another option, but not really cheap

well went to buy one and no joy out of stock till wed 🙁

any way i have decided to use telly down stairs for it now,but the cable supplied is about a metre to short and i cant move the xbox anymore,so will any ethernet cable be ok to use or does it need to be a special one ?

Any ethernet cable will be fine. Maximum length you can have per section is 100m
