Larry, were not sure on a power gain yet. We shall be testing it once we have finished development tho so we can prove what gains we got :-)

I am unsure if a 10% gain would be possible tho :-( Maybe with a sports cat, system and filter all fitted you may get that. Shall have to see tho.

Right

We have just finished the first prototype manifold. Im pleased with the way it looks, i was concerned that due to the limited space it might not be too pretty. It fits onto the Astra beautifully and we have even managed to attach the heatshield.

We have checked the clearance with the VX220 and think this version should fit but are now in the process if taking that apart so we can trial fit it and ensure all is well 🙂

Im not sure what the price would be but i can look into it. If we have enough time and get the manifold done early we can look at making a full 2.5" manifold back system with sports cat. Yes we could offer inwardly rolled tailpipes for those that want but i cant offer them in black unless i get them coated but that would add time to delivery and additional cost. I can give you the numbers of the coating company as it may be easier to get them done yourselves 🙂

I too would also be interested in a 2.5" system for a VX (with inward rolled tips) but I think I'd need a larger silencer, suitable for trackday noise limits.

No i am afriad we do not offer any other products for the Astra. If we have enough free time we shall develop the sports cat/downpipe and system also. But sadly i think we may be struggling for time 🙁

an idea to save time and money, the EGR slot is probably best left off - this is normally blanked off at the EGR valve anyway as the EGR valves are unreliable.
