Any ideas on what I can do next> drunk and the wheel, not only does he drive off and get away with it but now he's saying it's not his fault!

Dear Albany..........
Guys this is dragging on and on, Mr Carr is still yet to admit liability to driving in to the back of our vehicle I hear today, not only has this been going on and on but I am out of pocket also, I hear he now has a witness, let me guess the guy sat in the car next to him that was drunk also?
Once again I enclose a map, of where we were parked after heading from our home to Swindon, stationary over the roundabout, with the handbrake on, and also where mr car drove out of the pub car park, wheel spinning and went in to the back of us.
When mr Carr got out of his vehicle, he begged us not to call the police and said he would pay out of his own pocket, but after smelling alcohol on his breath and having our 5 month old baby in the car we were not going to let mr Carr get away with drink driving.
The police were called, with that Mr Carr ran back to his car and sped off up the road, I ask this, if he has nothing to hide or if he was not liable for the accident why did he leave the scene so abruptly? Why was he rude and aggressive when my partner rang the police? Why did he not stay at the scene of the accident? We did? We had to get our son checked to see if he was alright? Would any decent human being not ask or stay at the scene of the accident to check the welfare of a 5 month old baby?
This is ridicules, it’s bad enough that he got away with drink driving and leaving the scene of the accident, and now he has a witness saying that it was not his fault, the tire marks from the wheel spin are still present outside the pub as to his stupid antics leading up to the accident for Christ sakes!
I hope you can pass this on to his insurance company ASAP and thank them also for making my life a misery and letting drink drivers try and get away with causing accidents and leaving the scene, must of been important where ever he was going!!
Kind regards
Colin Brown / Suzy Scott!
