Matt I know, and we've actually managed to decorate the house and furnish it from top to bottom. In the last house, we did the living room, bathroom and bedroom, and left it! We were there for 18 months...

Matt Same here, we've got no equity in our house anymore, but all that was from the equity from the old house, so it never acutally existed.
