The sidedraughts I've seen have a strange Venturi thing inside which I guess helps make a vacuum to suck the fuel through, but it would just restrict the air flow with EFI. having said that I looked at some Dellortos on ebay and it looked like the venturi just pulls out? dunno..
I'd be quite tempted had I not already got a nice ITB manifold 😉
