I wouldn't say very easy, I used it at the weekend and it's only a "help". The pins don't line up with the multiple holes in the gears as they're too high for it and when you use the larger holes, the sprockets move around still. It still takes a lot of trial and error and levering with a screwdriver to get the gears back onto the end of the cams.
