you need an ammeter/multimeter to measure the drain coming out of the battery when everything is turned off/locked up. If its more than a quarter of an amp/250 milliamps then you have a drain. Assuming we're on a mk4 Astra here, check your glovebox light turns off when its closed, this is a favorite and draws about 750milliamps which will flatten your battery overnight.
