I'm a little undecided on this? I've been looking at other Hyabusa videos doing the same thing and the speedo & revs match perfectly to the one above. Also you need to remember that the frame per second rate at which the video is recorded won't represent the white line theory correctly.
That's my scientific view on the subject!
