start by checking the fan works at both speeds by connecting direct to a battery.

could be? low speed comes on both fans when air con is switched on on the vectra B. but this can be wired to let just the engine fan work. there is 3 trigger wires from ecu to the fan relays on the vectra b, test your fan at the relay then check for power to trigger (think its an earth switch from ecu)
if you have opcom or similar you should be able to test these with engine off and cold.

Well i put AC fan back on a the car would not start unplug it and starts
So I tried bridging the relay and nothing at all It's like there's no power going to it ???

did you try all 3 relays? if you bridge power in to out should work? if not check fuses?
all very simple on vectra b. did you get your ecu base mapped or buy one already done?

3 relays no I have not
Only the one in the engine bay I assume the others are on the fuse panel

The ecu I got on here already done
Could it be the Astra and vec are different

yes astra and vectra are different, astra use's a cooling module where as the vectra and vx220 use relays switched by ecu.
you will have 3 relays with maxi fuses in the box that used to clip in front of battery on the vectra b.
if you have astra software your best bet is to fit a temporary switch or have fan on constant until you get software sorted.

Then I need to go thought the electrics one buy one then till I find the issue must be a relay some where

I will in the mean time put a switch in place until I can find the issue

Different question
In the bottom of the manifold there's what looks like a bolt hole to bracket in the block is this supposed to bolted together if so what size bolt do I use

Get that bolt through the manifold into the support bracket ASAP! As of know all the weight of the charger etc is on those small m6 bolts going into the head. I'll hunt out the part number I used to get my replacement from vaux

risk of damage to head/manifold without that bolt in place!
you can drill and tap the m6 bolts out and fit m8 ones which are what gm used on supercharged ones.
as milo say's theres a lot of strain on the m6 studs with the charger on.

I will not use it for a while till I sort the fan issue

If you could find the part number for me would be perfect thanks

I was not if it was to support the weight or to stop side to side movements

think the bolt is an m10x60?
if you have no you by the weekend i can take mine out and check.
got a spare charger kit in the shed so could have a look at that?
