Fault Code P1514

Hello, i have Opel astra g 2001 gsi with z22se engine.
Lately it started to shake when i over the 3000 RPM..
Yesterday i scanned my car and saw the fault code p1514 on..
What could be the problem?

New plags, coal, and o2 sensor.

just googled it mate it says high load/drive fault , I'm sure someone will know on here mate,,
