Hi everyone!
My name is Benjamin, I'm 33 years old and I'm from germany. I studied mechanical engineering and currently I am wokring for a german car-manufacturer seated in southern germany . Because my father has had worked at a local Opel-plant, I grew up with mainly Opels and in that way developed some kind of emotional bond to the cars. In that way since I got my drivers license, I always wanted to own a Vectra CC. I just love it's coupe-like shape
At the end of 2012 I finally managed to get hold of an genuine Vectra B CC Sport as it was sold in germany with the Zender-bumpers. The Vectra is some kind of hobby to me. Not in a way that I wanna completely modifiy it, I just want to maintain it's current and mainly original condition. It has had some early accidents which were repaired more or less in a good way, but had very low milage and overall an excellent state. It's equipped with the Z22SE. Until now I was very pleased with the engine an enjoyed it's smootheness and it's low consumption on my routes. I already informed myself about the problems of the Z22SE before I bought it. So I do everything in my power to care for it. But now a new noise is starting bugging me and so I'm looking for some input in solving the mystery of it.
Hope here are some folks that can give me some hints so that I can enjoy my Vectra for many more years
With greetings, Benjamin
